Square Bark is a small, family operation located in the mountains of central West Virginia. We are located in the center of Audra State Park, near Belington, WV. You can click on the links below for more information on the Park. We changed our name, because of the Square Bark Trees, that were planted years ago and still thrive on the property. We hand-raise our AKC Yorkshire Terriers , in our home situated on our 3 acre property.
Our Dogs include our Yorkie dams - "Chloe" , "Lily (retired), & "Punky (retired)" . Bloodlines in our pedigrees include, Wildwier, Gray-Lyn and Judabob.
Our Females are bred with a gentle, petite and well pedigreed stud who is similar in size to achieve smaller puppies. Our puppies are hand-raised in our residence, so they are very friendly and lovable. Virginia assists during delivery and provides the daily care for the puppies. Since our dogs are trained to doggie pads in the home, so are the pups. All our dogs have sleek, healthy coats and the best in nutrition. Contact us for more information on our dogs.
